Pink Ribbon Pilates is the result of a collaboration between two Dublin based Pilates studios – Reform Dublin based in Blackrock, Co. Dublin and Live & Breathe Pilates who are based in Dublin city centre, just off Camden Street – both “Pink Ribbon Studios“. We are passionate about using Pilates to help those recovering from Breast Cancer  and all of our instructors are certified to teach the Pink Ribbon Program for post operative rehab. All of the team have many years of teaching experience.


Steph Grey – Owner Live & Breathe Pilates

Steph Grey started teaching Pilates in 2005 and set up Live & Breathe Pilates inSteph Grey 2008. She is passionate about Pilates and getting people out of pain through mindful movement. Having first worked with clients recovering from Breast Cancer back in 2011, Steph has seen first hand the benefits Pilates can have for those recovering from surgery. Steph specialises in one to one sessions and has extensive experience in working with those recovering from injury.

Steph certified initially with STOTT Pilates in 2005 after first trying Pilates herself back in 1999 and being totally hooked. Subsequently she has taught thousands of hours of classes to all levels of clients. She continues her education with many other teachers and schools and bases all of her teaching on safe spinal teaching techniques and protocols. Besides her Pilates accreditations she holds ITEC Diplomas in Anatomy & Physiology and also Diet & Nutrition. Steph is an eternal student and continually updates her anatomy and movement education with many world class educators. She is also a Licensed NLP Practitioner, and having certified with the Irish Institute of NLP and is a fully certified Level 2 STOTT Pilates instructor.


Anna Frankland – Owner Reform Pilates

Anna FranklandAnna set up Reform Pilates in 2011 as she believes that everyone should practice
Pilates regularly in a comfortable, friendly and professional environment. She loves the experience of working with clients of all backgrounds and with a team of experienced instructors. She particularly enjoys seeing the obvious benefits that Pilates brings to client’s lives, particularly the confidence that it gives them in their bodies and themselves.

Anna holds a Diploma in Professional Pilates having trained in Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs and Barrels as well as Mat Pilates with Polestar Pilates in Sydney, Australia. She is also a certified member of the Pilates Method Alliance.

She has also completed a course in Women’s Health specializing in pre and postnatal Pilates and has studied Anatomy and Physiology. She continues to update her Pilates knowledge and has a special interest in women’s health particularly in the pre and postnatal periods as well as post menopause. Anna is a certified Pink Ribbon Pilates Instructor and Buff Bones Instructor.

After her training she worked in a number of Pilates studios in Sydney teaching over 600 hours of mat classes and studio (equipment based) classes. She also established her own corporate Pilates business bringing the benefits of mat based Pilates to Sydney’s corporate sector.

In her previous life Anna worked for many years in the Dublin & Sydney venture capital industry, investing in and mentoring start up companies across a broad range of industries.


Katrin Neue

Katrin is a qualified Pilates instructor for Mat and Equipment, and a Katrin NeueSomatic Educator. Dancing since the age of five, her love for movement and teaching led to a first teaching certification in 2000, followed by a degree in Dance and Dance Education, and an MA in Dance Performance with first class honours. She teaches everyone from 3 to 85 years old to move and dance efficiently and to maintain a joyful spring in each step.

Katrin gradually expanded her knowledge in movement in Germany, UK and Ireland and since moving to Ireland in 2009 has been most influenced by Dr. Mary Nunan (IRE, dance), Rebecca Leone (USA, Pilates) and Martha Peterson (USA, Somatic Movement). In 2014, she certified as a Somatic Exercise Coach and since February 2015 is training as a Clinical Somatic Educator under Martha Peterson in the UK. Katrin is a Pink Ribbon Program Certified instructor for Breast Cancer Rehab also.

Katrin’s focus lies on natural, well-controlled movement without pain and her Mat classes often feature some Somatic Movement refining a deep body awareness and releasing habitual tensions to be able to move freely.

Having a professional dance background, Katrin teaches her group and private classes with special attention to good alignment and control from the inside out to help beginners building a better awareness of their bodies, and likes to challenge the more advanced students with precise coordination and stamina.


Tara Fallon

In addition to her STOTT PILATES full certification, Tara holds a degree in Tara FallonLeisure Management and in Neuromuscular & Physical therapy. She has studied with many of the world’s leading experts in the field of fitness and exercise rehabilitation including Tom Myers, Melanie Byford-Young & Sherri Betz, as well as training with STOTT PILATES Master Instructor Trainers Renee Peuizzo & Raphael Bender.

Tara has been in the fitness & Pilates Industry for 15 years. She ran her own Rehab & Pilates studio www.tfallon.com in Ireland for 8 years. She then moved to Melbourne with her husband for 2 years, before returning back to Ireland to join Reform Pilates in 2011.
Tara has presented workshops for a number of organisations, including Triathlon Ireland & APMA Australia Pilates Method Alliance. She has thousands of hours experience working with triathletes & footballers.

Tara specialises in one to one sessions, she has extensive experience with injured clients. Her areas of interest include, lumbar disc injuries, knee injuries, whip lash injuries, neck & shoulder injuries.
